Items will be shipped using Australia Post's standard parcel/postage service. Insurance for loss of goods is not included and the customer accepts responsibility for any potential loss or damage during delivery.
Return Policy
Foxhow do not except returns for change of mind or incorrect choice purchases for all goods for sale. If product is deemed faulty, please contact us, provide proof of purchase, return the faulty goods to us in 'as sent' condition, complete with undamaged original packaging and any documentation, and we'll gladly replace it.
